All four factions will have been met by that time they are the brotherhood the minutemen the railroad and the institute.

Previously this might have been called a good karma ending.

None of the fallout games even as they ve occasionally returned to places from previous games i honestly haven t played 1 or 2 so this is from my memory of story summaries just made a new game in exactly the same area as the previous game.
Siding with far harbor and destroying children of atom.
Theoretically all factions can be destroyed because of this leaving the island mostly void of sentient life.
During the course of the game there will be an option to side with one or more of them or to act independently.
The following are minor factions that can either be neutral friendly or hostile towards the player character and each other.
